Julie is amazing. From our first interaction, she took me seriously and was very professional. I gave her a next to impossible list of boxes to check, and she accomplished it. We have been in our home for a year now, and couldn't imagine being any where else. Her hard work and dedication has made my family so happy. Thank you, Julie. I had been searching for homes on my own via a website and just meeting the realtor that come to show the home. Most all of them were pushy, rude and impatient. Julie came to show me house(that did not work at all for what I was looking for) and what a breath of fresh air. Julie was patient, thoughtful and not pushy at all. I thought to myself, I found my realtor. She helped me search for the next few months until I ended up finding the perfect house during Covid quarantine. She was so easy work with her so of course once I went to sell my house, I had her be my realtor. She was awesome through a rough sale due to a non responsive realtor on the buyer side. Julie kept me in the loop, answered all my texts/calls right away and kept me calm. If you are looking for a great, professional realtor, Julie is for you! Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Julie has been our agent for multiple transactions and has always exceeded expectations. Her willingness to do anything, at any time, for her clients is remarkable. We could not recommend Julie enough for your next home purchase/sale. Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism

Julie was amazing! She helped us find our beautiful home, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I couldn’t ask for better realtor! I 100% recommend her. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Selling a home is more that showing people the property. Julie was involved from the time we signed the listing to closing. We started by discussed what other properties were on the market and at what price, what improvements/changes we should make to the house, and she even made some recommendations on possible contractors that could perform the work. It took us longer than we planned to get the house on the market. When it did ""hit"" the market, we were able to get an offer in two days at our full asking price. Julie even helped through to the final closing. Positive Quality, Professionalism

My finace and I met Julie at a showing of a home we were interested in and began working exclusively shortly after. Julie took the time to assist us in narrowing down the diverse ""wants"" we were looking for in a home. She availed herself to our awkward schedule and would send us homes to review and schedule for viewing. After searching many homes my fiance and I selected a home and made an offer in the neighborhood we had been focusing on. We made an offer on Friday and the owners would not be available to review the offer until Monday so I took the weekend to go away and relax a bit. On Sunday Julie reached out to us to let us know that there was a home that was nearly identical to the home we put an offer on but had more of the features we were looking for. She procured photos of the home from when it was listed 4 years earlier (the home would not be available for viewing for several weeks) and encouraged us to hold the offer on the home we selected Friday until we discussed the home she had sent us. In sort, we bought the home and we absolutely love it. The little things we were going to change in the home the original offer was to be made on were already completed by the owners. The house was perfect. So thats what a realtor does, right? She finds you a home you like. However, the home we purchased was tens of thousands of dollars less that the home we were preparing to offer on. Julie is an incredible person. Attentive and professional. She could have allowed us to spend substantially more and earn additional commission but she was more interested in finding us a home we loved, and she did just that. I would recommend her to anyone that asks. If you've been fortunate enough to have Julie as your realtor then you know what I am talking about. If Julie is not your realtor you need to call her. She's the best! Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

When we started our search, we lived in another state. She listened to what we were looking for and kept in our price range. She is pleasant. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. She answered questions about the area. I still have questions, 5 years later, and she is still helpful. I would work with her again. I recommend her.

An unbelievable experience from start to finish. Julie and her team have a full catered service that takes the stress out of buying and selling a home. We will continue to use their services in the future.

Julie was wonderful! As first time homebuyers we were very nervous and totally unfamiliar with the process. Julie made sure we were informed, knowledgeable, and confident in our decisions. I probably asked her 1,000 questions and she always took the time to give me a clear and detailed answer. She never pressured us into any decisions and always gave us an honest opinion. Julie listened to our wants, needs, and budget and was able to find us a perfect home!

Julie was awesome to work with from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, was able to provide guidance in our consideration of multiple offers and was very responsive to questions and concerns. Because we were out-of-town Sellers, we needed assistance in hiring various professionals to prepare the property both for listing and prior to closing. Julie's extensive list of contacts helped us through the entire process. I highly recommend her!

Julie was an exceptional partner in our out-of-state move. Her deep knowledge of the local housing market, responsiveness, and dedication made the entire process very easy. She tirelessly negotiated on our behalf, ensuring we secured the best deal while providing us with peace of mind throughout the entire process. Moreover, her friendly approach made a potentially stressful transition feel smooth and enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Julie to anyone in search of a highly skilled and committed realtor for their homebuying needs.

Julie is very nice to work with and was so dedicated throughout the whole house search process. She has great communication and a strong network, which made getting the home easier - despite the challenging market. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a house in DE!

Allison, I just wanted to pop in and say hello! I also wanted to thank you for helping me acquire my beach house. It's my little escape and I absolutely love it! You should see the completed renovation, it's adorable! I couldn't have done it with out you!

We had never sold a house and we wanted to sell our mom’s house quickly because she went into a nursing home. Debbie met with us the next day for a walkthrough and to explain the process. She already had comps pulled! Debbie told us what we should focus on changing for a quick sale. The changes were only about $3k and she had trusted vendors to refer us to and helped us negotiate the price. The house went on the market and she did 50 showings over two days/open houses. We got 18 offers and accepted one! Then, the next day our mom passed away, prior to closing. Debbie helped navigate this process as closing was delayed due to probate. She kept the buyer interested so they didn’t back out. Debbie was very compassionate during this difficult time. Throughout the whole process, she was professional and had great communication. We will use her again when we sell our own home. Thank you for everything, Debbie!

We lucked out when we met Adam at an open house, 5 min before they were set to wrap up. It was the first beach condo we looked at (somewhat on a whim) and he instantly impressed us. He took swift action to get us set up with a portal that would display all homes within our search criteria, adding inside information into the neighborhoods that we would otherwise have been unaware. Adam went above and beyond what we would have expected from a realtor every step of the way. He explained every step of the process in great detail and provided guidance as if we were a family member. We did feel like we were fast friends despite just having met him. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Delaware beach area!!!!

Amy, you were so great to work with! Truly, it was a great experience the whole way through. House hunting can be scary but you made us feel comfortable. Even when we started to feel down about not finding the house, you stuck with us. We looked for a home for a little over a year and I believe we went through 3 realtors? But I was so happy when we found you, or rather you found us! I appreciated your kind words and encouragement throughout the process. When we finally found our home, you were just as excited as we were! You sincerely cared and that’s what made buying a home with you so special. Thank you for all you do!

Mike was a delight to work with. He quickly and accurately assessed my search criteria and as an out-of-state home buyer, energetically and enthusiastically facilitated the viewing and purchase process of my new home. His knowledge of local services , demographics, and overall familiarity of my target search region has proven to be honest and thorough.

Nicole gave very complete information, was not pushy, and was not not afraid to point out the good and the bad of a property. Most realtors seem to only want to make a sale quickly and for as much as you are willing to pay. Nicolle listened to our needs and was responsive to them.

We decided to sell our 2 homes and look for a house with an in-law suite to accommodate my mother. I was so impressed with Cheryl Skurla's ability to help us find the right house in our price range. Then her advice was dead-on in helping us decide on attractive offer price and terms, allowing us to beat out other offers in a highly competitive market. Even more impressive was her ability to market our two homes for sale. On her advice and diligent research, we listed them with aggressive pricing, and both homes received multiple offers above the asking price. Frankly, I initially resisted Cheryl's suggestions to invest time and money on some items to freshen up the homes. I'm so glad she convinced me as I believe I was rewarded 2 fold for the investment. She followed up with us on every step and was a joy to work with. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
